Before contacting support

Include the topic, a short description, the approximate time of the issue, and the app version when available. For safety reports, use the report control on the relevant profile, post, request, conversation, or call so the correct context is attached.

Do not include sensitive credentialsHapdrop support will never ask for your password, OTP, complete card details, or app-store password.
