Delete your account

Delete from the app

1. Open Hapdrop and select Profile.
2. Open Account.
3. Under Account access, select Delete account.
4. Review the confirmation and approve the deletion request.

What happens next

Your profile is removed from discovery and access to the account is revoked. Information that is no longer required is deleted or de-identified according to the Privacy Policy. Limited records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, member safety, disputes, financial obligations, or applicable law.

Deleting the account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel any active subscription in the store account used for purchase.

Cannot access the app?

Email kubocean@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Hapdrop account. Include the sign-in method associated with the account. We will verify account ownership before acting on the request.
